The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the work of "MOEI and Fans including street lights, substations equipments, water supply pumpsets, DG set, Fire fighting system, Fire alarm system and Passenger Lifts of office and Hostel building at DTRTI, Jalahalli, Bangalore for the year 2025-26. SH: Operation and General upkeep of E and M services, fire fighting and fire alarm system, AMC and B-check of DG sets and AMC of Lifts." The estimated cost of the electrical works is ₹ 47,38,480 with a time allowance of 12 months. Tender documents can be downloaded from 17-Nov-2025 03:40 PM to 24-Nov-2025 03:40 PM. Bids must be submitted between 17-Nov-2025 03:40 PM and 24-Nov-2025 03:40 PM, and will be opened on 24-Nov-2025 03:45 PM. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 94,770 is required, payable via DD, FDR, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer(E), BCED-II, CPWD, Bangalore. Key mandatory documents for submission include Insurance Surety Bonds, Account Payee Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque or Fixed Deposit Receipts or/and Bank Guarantee for EMD, copy of the original EMD deposition receipt, enlistment order of the Contractor of CPWD, GST registration certificate or undertaking, a valid labour license suitable for executing works in Karnataka or an undertaking to apply for one immediately after award, and the ERP Training certificate. The NIT/RFP NO is 133/EE(E)-I/Bangalore/2025-26. Bids will remain valid for 30 days, with the bid validity expiring on 24/12/2025 15:45.
