Sh: Providing Led Par Lights Sets And Flood Lights On The Occasion Of Independence Day August-2026 For Entire Campus Ans Heritage Building At Ngma, Bangalore.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its office of AE-E-2, is inviting bids for a comprehensive electrical works contract at the National Gallery of Modern Art (NGMA), Palace Road, Bangalore, for the financial year 2025-26. This tender, referenced as NIT/RFP NO: 61/EE(E)/BCED-I/Bangalore/BCESD-II/2026-27, encompasses the maintenance and operation of various electrical systems, including MOEI and fans, street lights, RMO substation equipment, water supply pump sets, an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for DG sets, CCTV systems, fire alarm systems, passenger lifts, and air conditioners. A significant special instruction (SH) for this tender is the provision of LED PAR lights and floodlights throughout the entire NGMA campus and heritage building to illuminate the premises for Independence Day celebrations in August 2026. The estimated cost for this composite electrical work is INR 3,58,820, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of INR 7,176 to be paid via Demand Draft, FDR, or Banker's Cheque in favour of the Executive Engineer(E)/BCED-II/CPWD/Bangalore. Prospective bidders must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria, which include possessing a Treasury Challan/Demand Draft/Pay order or equivalent for EMD, an enlistment order in the appropriate class and category issued by CPWD (Contractors Class-II and above, and CPWD Enlisted Contractors of Class-III and below in SR Region), a GST registration certificate for the state where the work is to be undertaken (or an undertaking to obtain it), a scanned copy of the EMD deposit receipt, a valid Electrical license from the Karnataka State Electrical Inspectorate (or an undertaking to associate with licensed contractors), and an ERP Training Certificate.
