Work Description - Annual Repair And Maintenance / Operation (a/r & M/o) Of Various Residential And Non-residential Buildings Including Barracks, Guest Houses, Office Buildings And Service Buildings, Alongwith Allied External Services For Government Of India Office Located In Jalahalli Campus, Bengaluru, During The Year 2026-2027

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its inviting authority EE(E) Bangalore-II, hereby invites open bids for Tender Reference Number 05/CE/EE(E)-II/Bangalore/2026-27. This comprehensive tender encompasses the Annual Repair and Maintenance / Operation (A/R M/O) of various Residential and Non-Residential Buildings, including Barracks, Guest Houses, Office Buildings, and Service Buildings, along with their allied external services, for Government of India offices located within the Jalahalli Campus, Bengaluru, for the fiscal year 2026-2027. This is a composite works tender for Repair and Maintenance, with an estimated cost of ₹1,07,12,385 (One Crore Seven Lakh Twelve Thousand Three Hundred and Eighty-Five Rupees). Bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹2,14,248, payable in favor of Executive Engineer(E), BCED-II, CPWD, Bangalore, via Demand Draft, Fixed Deposit Receipt, or Bank Guarantee. The successful contractor will be allotted a period of 12 months for the completion of this essential maintenance work.
