Work Description - Maintenance And Operation Of Electrical And Mechanical Services At Regional Passport Office, Bangalore For The Year 2025-26. Sh: Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Of 02 Nos. 13 Passenger (johnson Make) Lifts Including Repairing Work.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the "Maintenance and operation of Electrical and mechanical services at Regional Passport Office, Bangalore for the year 2025-26. SH: Annual Comprehensive maintenance of 02 Nos. 13 Passenger (Johnson Make) Lifts including repairing work." The NIT/RFP NO is 204/NIT/EE(E)-I/Bangalore/BCESD-III/2025-26(2nd Recall). The estimated cost of the electrical works is ₹ 4,14,373 with a time allowance of 12 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 8,287 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer(E), Bangalore Central Electrical Division II, Bangalore.
