The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the "Supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of fire fighting system, fire extinguishers etc. including fire tank at PM shri Kendriya Vidyalaya No.3 Machhe, Belagavi. SH Construction of RCC Over head water tank of 5000 ltrs capacity with independent staging, providing and laying pumping line from existing sump to proposed tank, G.I sheet roofing for Generators etc." The NIT/RFP number for this tender is 64/EE(E)/Mysuru/2025-26. This Electrical Works project is estimated to cost ₹ 60,73,686 with a completion period of 90 days. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,21,474 is required, payable via DD or FDR in favor of Executive Engineer(C), CPWD, Mysore. Mandatory documents including an Insurance Surety Bond, Demand Draft/Banker's Cheque/FDR/Bank Guarantee for EMD, copy of original EMD deposition receipt, GST registration Certificate/Undertaking, a copy of valid CPWD enlistment, and ERP training certificate must be uploaded. Tender documents can be downloaded starting from November 21, 2025, at 07:19 PM and must be submitted by November 29, 2025, at 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened on November 29, 2025, at 03:30 PM.
