The Military Engineer Services (MES), through the Garrison Engineer Ranchi, invites eligible and experienced contractors for an Open Tender for comprehensive repair and maintenance works. This critical project encompasses the repair and maintenance of damaged chajjas, facia, utility shafts, external painting, damaged joineries, cupboards and cabinets, plinth protection, and saucer drains at various locations within Khojatoli. Additionally, the scope includes the repair of earthing for distribution boxes and ceiling fans. The estimated Tender Value for this work is ₹36,00,000, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹72,000, which can be paid via Demand Draft to GE Ranchi, payable at Ranchi, with options for BG/ST or EMD exemption allowed. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹500 is also required, payable to GE Ranchi at Ranchi. The tender was e-published on 07-Jul-2026 at 12:00 PM, with document downloads commencing simultaneously.
