Work Description - Day To Day Operation & Maintenance Of Iron Removing Filtration Plant/water Softening Plant Of Capacity 11000 Gph With Accessories And Valve Operation For Residential Building Of Income Tax Department At Lalpur Colony, Ranchi During 2026-27 11 (eleven) Months

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of an iron-removing filtration plant/water softening plant with a capacity of 11000 GPH, including accessories and valve operation, for a residential building of the Income Tax Department at Lalpur colony, Ranchi. This work is for a period of 11 months during 2026-27. The estimated cost of the work is ₹5,70,377. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹11,408 is required, payable via DD or FDR in favor of the Executive Engineer, Ranchi Central Division, CPWD.
