The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the construction of a Multipurpose Centre for Training & Facilitation of SC & ST Farmers and an Indoor Sports Complex, encompassing internal water supply, sanitary installation, drainage, internal electrical installation, compound lighting, lifts, fire alarm & PA system, fire fighting system, CCTV & networking, and UPS for IIAB-ICAR at Gharkhatanga, Ranchi, Jharkhand. This project includes hiring and running an inspection vehicle for Government duty for ADG, Patna (Hq-Patna). The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 5,12,160 with a time allowance of 6 months. This is Tender No. 78/AE-II/CPWD/2025-26 3rd Call, and the bid type is percentage based. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 10,243 is required, payable via DD or FDR in favour of the Executive Engineer, RCD,CPWD, Ranchi.
