The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the construction of 144 Units (Stilt plus 12) of Type-II (3 block) and 96 Units (Stilt plus 12) of Type-III (2 block) including comprehensive internal and external infrastructure work at IIT(ISM) Dhanbad. This extensive project encompasses internal water supply, sanitary installations, drainage, sewerage, a 250 KLD STP, a 550000-liter U.G. tank, storm water drains, roads, paths, internal electrical installations and fans, wet riser and fire alarm systems, UPS and CCTV systems, hydro pneumatic water supply system, substation equipment, DG set, illuminated signages, street lighting, lifts, horticulture and landscaping, transplantation of trees, and other associated civil and electrical development work and bulk services. Estimated at ₹ 1,39,19,18,272, the project is expected to be completed within 24 months under an EPC Percentage Bid type. A mandatory EMD of ₹ 1,49,19,183 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, ISMU PROJECT DIVISION-I, CPWD, DHANBAD. The bid submission start date is April 3rd, 2025, with a submission deadline of May 2nd, 2025, at 3:00 PM. Prospective bidders must download tender documents between April 3rd, 2025, and May 2nd, 2025. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Office of CE&ED, IIT(ISM), CPWD, Dhanbad on April 8th, 2025. Bidders must submit various mandatory documents, including EMD, a letter of transmittal, receipt for original EMD, enlistment order in CPWD B&R category, financial turnover information, Banker's Certificate or Net Worth Certificate, details of similar completed works, details of successfully completed works with structural system technology, bidding capacity details, performance reports, certificates supporting completed work using structural system technology, organizational structure, GST registration certificate/undertaking, affidavit on structural stability, non-blacklisting affidavit, FORM-I affidavit, ERP training certificate/undertaking, PAN card, electrical license/undertaking, partnership deed (if applicable), Memorandum and Articles of Association (if applicable), and a duly signed CPWD-EPC Form.
