The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the construction of a 3 Lakh litre capacity OHT with a staging height between 20 to 30 meters and a 5 Lakh litre UG sump, including the connection of pipelines between the existing and new sumps, and distribution lines from the OHT to Opal Hostels for NIT at Trichy. This composite civil work project, valued at an estimated cost of ₹ 1,32,46,701 with EMD of ₹ 2,64,934, requires contractors to submit bids electronically, with document download and bid submission deadlines set for 03-May-2025 at 03:00 PM. Interested bidders must furnish mandatory documents including an Insurance Surety Bond, EMD proof, Work Experience Certificates, Financial Turnover Certificate from a CA, Bankers Certificate/Net Worth Certificate, details of projects under execution and existing commitments, a valid CPWD Enlistment Order, a valid GST Registration Certificate, a Site Inspection Declaration, a valid Electrical License, a Letter of Transmittal, a Back-to-Back Basis Form, an ERP Training Certificate, bidder contact details, a PAN Card copy, a Structure and Organization form, and an ERP training undertaking.
