Central Coalfields Limited, through its Tender Inviting Authority, PE EnM Karo OCP, hereby invites eligible and qualified bidders for an Open Tender for the "Provision of Cable Protection Conduit as per GoJ Guidelines along with repairing or restrenghening of switchgears in connection with Phusro rail in motion, for uninterrupted power supply to the Rail in motion weighbridge under Karo OCP, BnK Area". This critical Electrical and Maintenance Works project, identified by Tender Reference Number P.E. / Karo OCP/ e-tender/ 2026-27/ 13, is based at KARO OCP and has a short completion period of 5 days, requiring swift and efficient execution under an Item Rate contract. The tender, which was ePublished on 16-Jul-2026 at 09:00 AM, allows for document download and bid submission to commence from the same date. Interested parties must ensure that their bids are submitted by the deadline of 27-Jul-2026 at 09:00 AM, as document downloads also conclude on this date. Bids will be opened shortly thereafter, on 28-Jul-2026 at 09:00 AM, at the Office of PE EnM Karo OCP. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹3,500 is required, however, there is no Tender Fee. Bidders are reminded that this is a two-cover system tender, necessitating submission of technical documents including scanned documents as per NIT and an Electrical Contractor license in the first cover, with the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) comprising the financial bid in the second cover.
