Archaeological Garden Maintenance and Upkeep at Jharkhand's ASI Heritage Sites

The Archaeological Survey of India (ASI), Ranchi Circle, invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender (Reference Number: 8/488/W/2026-27/MW-(Con)) for the "Annual maintenance and upkeep of Archaeological and Existing gardens." This significant works contract encompasses the maintenance of various sites, including the Palace and temple complex at Navratnagarh (Distt. Gumla), Jami Mosque and Bardari (Distt. Sahebganj), Benisagar (Distt. West Singhbhum), and Khekparta (Distt. Lohardaga), all falling under the ASI Ranchi circle. The estimated Tender Value for this project is ₹33,50,834. Prospective bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹67,017, which represents 2.0% of the tender value. The EMD is payable to "PAO, ASI" at Kolkatta, and exemption is allowed for eligible categories. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹500 is also applicable, payable to "PAO, ASI" at Kolkatta, with exemption options available. Payment for the Tender Fee and EMD can be made via Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque.
