The Executive Engineer JKTDC, on behalf of the State Government and UT of Jammu and Kashmir, Tourism Department, invites open tenders for the "Renovation Upgradation of Rooms by way of Civil Sanitary and electric works at TB Katra". This is a two-cover tender process, with Cover 1 for Fee/PreQual/Technical documents (including scanned copies of all E NIT requirements and payment instruments like DD, FDR, CDR) and Cover 2 for the financial bid (BOQ). Withdrawals are permitted, and the bid validity period is 90 days.
