Work Description - Upgradation Of Centre Of Biotechnology By Way Of Lime Surkhi And Moulding Under Revenue Utilization At Main Campus Shalimar Skuast-k.

SKUAST, a State Government and UT organization, through its Executive Engineer in Shalimar, invites experienced and eligible contractors to participate in an Open Tender (Reference No. E-NIT-20 of 2026-27) for the "Upgradation of Centre of Biotechnology by Way of Lime Surkhi and Moulding Under Revenue Utilization at Main Campus Shalimar SKUAST-K." This critical civil works project, valued at an estimated ₹ 24,49,000, will be executed under a Percentage Form of Contract with a stipulated completion period of 90 days at the main campus in Shalimar, SKUAST-K. Prospective bidders must furnish an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 48,980 and a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹ 750, both payable to the Assistant Comptroller at Estates, SKUAST-K, through Demand Draft or CDR (Cash Deposit).
