A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹30,000 is required, payable to Comptroller, SKUAST-Jammu, and is payable at Jammu through Demand Draft, Fixed deposit or CDR (Cash Deposit). EMD exemption is not allowed. Tender fee is ₹1,000 payable to Comptroller, SKUAST-Jammu at Jammu. The tender envisages a two-cover system: Cover 1 should contain scanned copies of the tender document fee, EMD, and other required technical documents in PDF format; Cover 2 should contain the BOQ in XLS format. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the goods within 30 days at the Main Campus, Chatha location. The validity of the bid will be 120 days.
