The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, through the Executive Engineer REW Division Poonch, hereby invites sealed bids for the execution of Civil Works pertaining to the construction of a "C/Wall cum Gate at Pyt Ghar Seri Chowana A Pyt. Seri Chowana-A Block Lassana Under PRI Grant Year 2026-27". This open tender, with an estimated tender value of ₹1,30,000 and a stipulated work period of 30 days, is being issued under the e-NIT No. 35 of REW Poonch 2026-27, dated 01-08-2026. Bidders are required to submit a bid security in the form of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) amounting to ₹2,600, which represents 2.0% of the tender value, payable to the Executive Engineer REW Division Poonch and acceptable at Jammu and Kashmir Bank Main Branch Poonch.
