The Executive Engineer, REW Kupwara, on behalf of the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (a State Government and UT organization), invites eligible and experienced contractors to participate in an Open Tender for the "C/o flood channel at Jamia Masjid mohalla and Mukdam mohalla wadipora via graveyard."
