The EXECUTIVE ENGINEER REW KUPWARA, on behalf of the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (a State Govt. and UT organization), invites eligible and qualified contractors to participate in an Open Tender for the "Repair of Primary School building at BaramdariBatpora B Hyhama".
