The Executive Engineer REW Baramulla, on behalf of the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (a State Govt. and UT organization), invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender for Civil Works under Tender Reference Number ENIT No 130/Xen/Rew/Bla/2026-27 Dated 18/07/2026.
