The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, through the office of the Executive Engineer, REW Jammu, is pleased to invite open tenders for the construction of various P tile works in Moh. Bhagtan, Ward No. 2 (1.20) and Moh. Ajeet Kumar, Madan Lal, and others, Ward No. 9 (1.50), located in Panchayat Ghrattal, Block Maira Mandrian. This project is to be undertaken under the Capex PRI initiative for the fiscal year 2026-27. The estimated tender value for this civil works contract is ₹2,62,000, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹5,240, which constitutes 2.0% of the tender value. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is also required. Bidders are advised that the tender documents will be available for download from August 3, 2026, at 06:00 PM, and the submission of bids will commence on the same date and time. The deadline for both document download and bid submission is August 17, 2026, at 06:00 PM. The bid opening will take place on August 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer, REW Jammu.
