The Office of the Executive Engineer REW Jammu, under the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, invites prospective bidders for an Open Tender (e-NIT No. 120 REWJ of 2026-27 dated 13-07-2026) for the "Construction of lane drain moh mulakh and moh christian wno 1 Bardoh PYT BARDOH Block SAMWAN under DDC Capex Budget for the year 2026-27" in Jammu. This works category contract, valued at ₹1,94,000, will be executed on an Item Rate basis. A Tender Fee of ₹500, payable to MH0515 at Govt Treasury, is required and is not exempt. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹3,880 (2.0% of the tender value) is also mandatory, payable to the Executive Engineer REW Jammu at Jammu and Kashmir; EMD through BG/ST or exemption is allowed. The bidding process commences with document download and bid submission from 13-Jul-2026 at 10:00 AM. The last date for document download and bid submission is 27-Jul-2026 by 06:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on 28-Jul-2026 at 10:00 AM at the Office of the Executive Engineer REW Jammu. All bids must maintain a validity of 45 days.
