The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, through the Office of the Executive Engineer, REW Kathua, invites bids for the construction of a culvert located at Marehallu Mohalla, near the residence of Ram Krishan, Ward No. 3, Panchayat Dullangal, Block Duggan. This open tender, identified by Tender Reference Number e-NIT No. 175/REW/K of 2026-27 (2nd call) dated 07/08/2026, pertains to Civil Works with an estimated tender value of ₹3,00,000.
