The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for the construction of a Head Protection (H/P) Culvert at Sona Mandi near Haji Barkat Pyt. Kallar Mohra Block Balakote, under DDC Grant for the year 2025-26, this is the 7th call for tenders for this work. The Executive Engineer REW Division Poonch is the inviting authority. The tender, identified by reference number e-NIT 248 of REW Poonch 2025-26 dated 24-01-2026 and Tender ID 2026_RDPR_301348_1, is for civil works valued at ₹1,00,000, with a work period of 30 days. Interested bidders must download the tender documents starting from January 24, 2026, 4:00 PM and submit their bids by January 29, 2026, 6:55 PM. A tender fee of ₹200 is applicable, payable to the Executive Engineer REW Division Poonch at the District Treasury Poonch. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹2,000, equivalent to 2.0% of the tender value, is required, payable to the Executive Engineer REW Division Poonch at Jammu and Kashmir main Branch Poonch, through instruments such as Bank Guarantee, Fixed deposit or CDR (Cash Deposit). The technical bid (Cover 1) shall include all documents as per the e-NIT conditions, including CDR, Residence Certificate, etc. The financial bid (Cover 2) should consist of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The bid opening date is scheduled for January 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer REW Division Poonch. Bids must remain valid for 120 days.
