The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, through the Executive Engineer REW Jammu, invites open tenders for the 'CONSTRUCTION OF COMMUNITY SANITARY COMPLEX AT MOH KADGANI NEAR POND PYT JADH BLOCK BHALWAL BRAHMANA UNDER SBM-G FOR THE YEAR 2026-27'. This critical civil works project, designated by e-NIT No. 183 REWJ of 2026-27 and published on July 18, 2026, represents an Item Rate contract with an estimated tender value of ₹ 3,00,000. Interested and eligible bidders can access and download tender documents, as well as commence bid submission, from July 18, 2026, at 06:00 PM. The final deadline for both document download and bid submission is August 03, 2026, at 06:00 PM. Bids will be formally opened on August 04, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Office of Executive Engineer REW Jammu. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹ 500, payable to MH0515 at Govt Treasury, is required, alongside an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 6,000 (representing 2.0% of the tender value), payable to Executive Engineer REW Jammu at Jammu and Kashmir. EMD can be submitted via Demand Draft, Bank Guarantee, Bankers Cheque, or CDR. Submissions must include two covers: Cover 1 for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents (comprising scanned copies of EMD, challan, and technical qualifications) and Cover 2 for the Financial bid (BOQ).
