The EXECUTIVE ENGINEER REW KUPWARA, under the aegis of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (a State Government and UT organisation), invites eligible and qualified bidders for an Open Tender (NIT NO 68 OF 2026-27 HYHAMA ADF / Tender ID: 2026_RDPR_316807_1) for Civil Works.
