The Executive Engineer (XEN), Rural Engineering Wing (REW), Kathua, acting on behalf of the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, invites eligible and qualified bidders for the e-Tender referenced e-NIT No. 76/REW/K of 2026-27, dated 04/07/2026.
