The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, through its Executive Engineer, invites Open Tenders (Reference No: 26REW Samba of 2026-27 Dated-17-07-2026) for the "Construction of C path and P/work near the h/o Sh. Bansi Lal, Sh.Kuldeep Singh and Sh.Khazur Singh at Village Mandal, Pyt Katwalta, Block Purmandal Under Scheme CAPEX-DDC." This civil works project, estimated at ₹2,69,500, has a stipulated completion period of 30 days and is located in Purmandal. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹600 and a mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹5,390 (equivalent to 2.0% of the tender value) are required. Both the Tender Fee and EMD are payable to "Executive Engineer REW Samba" at Jammu and Kashmir, with EMD accepted in the form of a Fixed Deposit or Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR). Tender documents can be downloaded from 17-Jul-2026 06:00 PM until 30-Jul-2026 06:00 PM. Bid submission opens on 17-Jul-2026 06:00 PM and closes on 30-Jul-2026 06:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on 31-Jul-2026 10:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer REW Samba. Bidders must submit their proposals via a two-cover system: Cover 1 for Fees/Technical documents (uploading scanned copies of Challan for fee and EMD in specified formats) and Cover 2 for the financial bid (BOQ in .xls format). The contract will be based on a Percentage form, and bids will remain valid for 120 days from the bid opening date.
