The Executive Engineer (XEN), Rural Engineering Wing (REW), Kathua, under the aegis of the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified contractors for an Open Tender pertaining to critical civil works.
