Work Description - Construction Of Edge Wall And Rbm Filling Near Dhev Mandir Upto The House Of Harbans Lal Pyt Majua Uttami Block Bishnah Under Scheme Pri For The Year Of 2026-27

The Executive Engineer, REW Jammu, under the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department (State Govt. and UT), invites eligible contractors to participate in an Open Tender (e-NIT No.278-REWJ of 2026-27 dated 27-07-2026) for the "Construction of edge wall and RBM filling near Dhev Mandir upto the house of Harbans lal pyt Majua Uttami Block Bishnah under scheme PRI for the year of 2026-27." This Civil Works project has an estimated Tender Value of ₹3,88,000 and is expected to be completed within 30 days. Interested bidders must submit a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹500, payable to MH0515 at Govt Treasury, and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹7,760 (2.0% of the tender value), payable to EXECUTIVE ENGINEER REW JAMMU at JAMMU, which can be submitted via Demand Draft, Fixed Deposit, or CDR. The tender documents became available for download and bid submission commenced on 27-Jul-2026 at 06:00 PM. The last date for document download and bid submission is 10-Aug-2026 at 06:00 PM, with the bids scheduled to be opened on 11-Aug-2026 at 10:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer REW Jammu. Bids will be processed under a two-cover system, with Cover 1 designated for the scanned copy of the tender fee and all technical bid documents, and Cover 2 for the financial bid (BOQ). The bid validity period is 120 days from the bid opening date, and the contract will be awarded on a percentage basis.
