The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, through the Executive Engineer, REW Baramulla, invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced contractors for an Open Tender (Reference Number: 136/Xen/Rew/Bla/2026-27 Dated 20/07/2026) for crucial civil works in Baramulla.
