This tender, designated as e-NIT No. 60 REW UDHAMPUR of 2026-27, is being invited by the Xen REW Udhampur, under the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, for Civil Works in Udhampur. The primary objective of this open tender is the construction of a T-road from Kamblu Tala to SC mohalla at Ward No. 05, Panchayat Mottu (valued at Rs. 1.00 Lac), and associated works near T-road and Satsang Ghar at Ward No. 05, Panchayat Mottu, Block Khoon (valued at Rs. 1.50 Lac). These crucial development projects are to be undertaken under the PRI CAPEX for the financial year 2026-27, with a total tender value of ₹2,45,000. Bidders are advised that the tender documents will be available for download from July 20, 2026, 06:00 PM, until August 12, 2026, 06:00 PM, with the bid submission period commencing on July 20, 2026, 06:00 PM and concluding on August 12, 2026, 06:00 PM. A mandatory tender fee of ₹600 is applicable, payable to Xen REW Udhampur at Jammu and Kashmir. Furthermore, an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹4,900, representing 2.0% of the tender value, is required, which can be paid through various instruments including Demand Draft, Bank Guarantee, Bankers Cheque, Bankers Pay Order, Fixed Deposit, Saving Certificates, or CDR. The EMD is payable to Xen REW Udhampur at Jammu and Kashmir. Bid opening will take place on August 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Xen REW Udhampur office. The contract for this work will be on a percentage basis, and bidders are expected to submit their technical proposals and financial bids in two separate covers. The stipulated period of work is 30 days, with a bid validity of 120 days.
