The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, through the Executive Engineer REW Division Poonch, invites sealed bids for the construction of a P/Wall located at Nr. Molvi Farooq, Ward No. 1, Panchayat Banwat Dhokri, Block Poonch, under the PRI Grant for the Year 2026-27. This is an open tender for Civil Works with an estimated tender value of ₹99,000 and a completion period of 30 days. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is ₹1,980, equivalent to 2.0% of the tender value, payable to the Executive Engineer REW Division Poonch. A tender fee of ₹200 is also applicable. Bids are to be submitted in two covers: Cover 1 for Technical Bid and Documents, and Cover 2 for the Financial Bid (BOQ). The tender documents will be available for download from August 8, 2026, starting at 03:00 PM until August 18, 2026, at 06:55 PM, with the bid submission period also commencing on August 8, 2026, and closing on August 18, 2026, at 06:55 PM. The bid opening will take place on August 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Executive Engineer REW Division Poonch's office.
