The Executive Engineer, REW Kupwara, under the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj department, invites eligible and interested contractors to participate in an Open Tender (Tender Reference Number: NIT NO 61 OF 2026-27 ADF QAZIABAD) for the "construction of drain from house of Ghulam Nabi and others Ganapora".
