The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for the "Protection Bund NHO Mohd Razak Azad and others at Pura W.No. 05 Lower Dhargloon Pyt. Dhargaloon Lower Block Balakote Under CD and Pyt. Year 2025-26 2nd call" (Tender Reference Number e-NIT 229 of REW Poonch 2025-26 Date 19-12-2025). This is a works contract with a tender value of ₹1,90,000. The work, detailed in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), is to be completed within 30 days. The tender documents, including the NIT and BOQ, are available for download from 19-Dec-2025 06:00 PM to 24-Dec-2025 06:55 PM. Bids must be submitted between 19-Dec-2025 06:00 PM and 24-Dec-2025 06:55 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for 25-Dec-2025 10:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer REW Division Poonch. A tender fee of ₹200 is applicable, payable Offline at District Treasury Poonch to the Executive Engineer REW Division Poonch. An EMD of ₹3,800 (2% of tender value) is required, payable Offline to the Executive Engineer REW Division Poonch at jammu and kashmir main Branch Poonch. The bid validity period is 120 days. Technical bids (Cover 1) must include all documents as per e-NIT conditions, including CDR Residence Certificate, etc. Financial bids (Cover 2) should contain the BOQ. Permissible payment instruments include Bank Guarantee, Fixed Deposit, and CDR (Cash Deposit).
