The Executive Engineer (XEN) REW Kathua, acting on behalf of the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (a State Government and UT organization), invites eligible bidders for an Open/Advertised Tender under reference e-NIT No.137/REW/K of 2026-27 Dated 24/07/2026 (2nd call).
