This Civil Works project, under a Percentage Form of Contract, has an estimated Tender Value of ₹1,47,000 and a stipulated Period of Work of 30 days. The tender was ePublished on 21-Jul-2026 at 09:00 AM. Interested parties can download tender documents and submit bids from 21-Jul-2026 09:00 AM until 01-Aug-2026 06:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 03-Aug-2026 at 10:00 AM at the Executive Engineer REW Samba's office. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹600 is required, payable to "Executve Engineer Rew Samba" at Jammu and Kashmir. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹2,940 (2.0% of the estimated value) is also mandatory, payable to "Executive Engineer REW Samba" at Jammu and Kashmir, and can be submitted via CDR (Cash Deposit) or Fixed Deposit.
