The Executive Engineer, REW Kathua, operating under the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, invites eligible and experienced contractors for an Open Tender (e-NIT No.97/REW/K of 2026-27 Dated 10/07/2026) for "Construction of road by way of shingling from link road to Panchayat Ghar and to the H/o Rakesh Kumar Ors, W. No.03, Pyt. Dharamkote, Block Billawar." This critical civil works project, valued at ₹3,89,000 (Three Lakh Eighty-Nine Thousand Rupees), aims to enhance infrastructure in the Billawar region.
