The Executive Engineer REW Kupwara, under the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (State Govt. and UT), invites open tenders from eligible contractors for the "Bathroom at Masjid Shareef Mandaksar Dogripora ward No 7" (Tender Reference Number: NIT NO 66 OF 2026-27 ADF RAJWAR).
