The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj department, through the Executive Engineer (XEN) REW Kathua, invites eligible contractors and firms to participate in an Open Tender for the "Construction of Lane Drain at Mohalla Khabli Ward No-09, Pyt. Dher, Block Billawar." This civil works project, identified by Tender Reference Number e-NIT No.133/REW/K of 2026-27 Dated 21/07/2026, has an estimated value of ₹1,96,000 and is expected to be completed within 90 days from the date of award.
