The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, through the office of the Executive Engineer REW Jammu (XEN REW JAMMU), is inviting bids for the construction of a lane and drain. This vital project, under the PRI Capex initiative for the fiscal year 2026-27, is located at Langotian Village and Panchayat, Bhou Block, Miran Sahib. The estimated tender value for this civil works contract is ₹2,92,000, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹5,840, representing 2.0% of the tender value. Bidders are required to submit a tender fee of ₹500, payable to MH0515 in the Government Treasury.
