Work Description - Construction Of Lane Drain Near House Of Yash Pal Khajuria To Onwards Pyt Rehal Dhamalian Block Bishnah Under Scheme Capex Pri For The Year Of 2026-27.(pyt.level)

The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, through the Executive Engineer, REW Jammu, is inviting open tenders for the construction of a lane drain. This project, designated as e-NIT No. 310 REW J of 2026-27, involves the construction of a lane drain near the house of Yash Pal Khajuria and onwards to Pyt Rehal Dhamalian in Block Bishnah. The work is to be undertaken under the Capex PRI scheme for the financial year 2026-27, at the Panchayat Level. The estimated tender value for this work is ₹2,43,000, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹4,860, equivalent to 2.0% of the tender value. A tender fee of ₹500 is also required. Bidders are advised that the tender documents will be available for download from August 3, 2026, at 06:00 PM, and the submission of bids will commence on the same date and time. The deadline for bid submission is August 17, 2026, at 06:00 PM, and the bid opening is scheduled for August 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The contract for this work will be on a Percentage basis, and the period of work is stipulated as 45 days.
