The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, through the Executive Engineer REW Division Poonch, is inviting sealed bids for the construction of a Water Tank at W.No. 3, Pyt. Shahpur Lower Block, NSSB, under the PRI Grant for the Year 2026-27. This is an open tender for Civil Works with an estimated tender value of ₹1,97,000 and a contract period of 30 days. The EMD is 2.0% of the tender value, amounting to ₹3,940, payable to the Executive Engineer REW Division Poonch. A tender fee of ₹200 is also applicable, payable at the Treasury to the Executive Engineer REW Division Poonch. Bidders are required to submit two covers: Cover 1 for Technical Bid and documents as per e-NIT conditions, and Cover 2 for the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The tender documents will be available for download from July 31, 2026, at 06:00 PM until August 10, 2026, at 06:55 PM. Bids can be submitted from July 31, 2026, at 06:00 PM up to August 10, 2026, at 06:55 PM. The Bid Opening is scheduled for August 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer REW Division Poonch. The bid validity period is 120 days.
