The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, through the Executive Engineer (XEN) REW Kathua, invites eligible and experienced bidders for an Open Tender (e-NIT No.81/REW/K of 2026-27 Dated 06/07/2026) for the "Const of Culvert NHO Rinku Gupta W.No. 5 Block Mandli" at Mandli.
