The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj department, through the Executive Engineer REW Budgam, is inviting sealed bids for an open tender (Tender Reference Number: NIT_22_REW_Budgam_2026_27) for the improvement of a road from the house of Ghulam Mohd Bhat to the house of Mohd Yousuf Pathan and other associated works in Narbal.
