The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj department, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, through the office of the Executive Engineer REW Division Reasi, is pleased to invite bids for the construction of a crucial link road. This project entails the development of a "C Link from Ravi Kumar house to Sanjay Kumar Mohalla ward no. 04, Panchayat Aghar Ballian, Block Reasi, District Reasi," under the Capex DDC scheme for the fiscal year 2026-27. The estimated tender value for this vital civil works project is ₹2,15,000, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹4,300, representing 2.0% of the tender value. Bidders are required to submit an EMD in the form of a Fixed Deposit or Cash Deposit (CDR) payable to the Executive Engineer REW Reasi.
