The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj department, through the Executive Engineer REW Division Rajouri, invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender (Reference No. e-NIT No. 28 REWRajouri of 2026-27 Dated 22-07-2026) for "Construction of 04 Nos of Soakage Pits Community Soak Pit at ward no 05, Community Soak Pit at ward no 06, Community Soak Pit at ward no 07, and Community Soak Pit at ward no 04" in Rajouri. This Civil Works contract, valued at ₹2,60,000, is based on a Percentage Form of Contract with a stipulated Period of Work of 90 days and a Bid Validity of 120 days. A Tender Fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹5,200 (2.0% of the estimated value) are required, both payable to the Executive Engineer REW Division Rajouri, with various offline payment instruments accepted, including Demand Draft, Bank Guarantee, and Fixed Deposit.
