Work Description - Const. Of Lane Along With Protection Mohalla Sadiq Ali To Laiket Ali At W No 03 Gujjar Basti Gandyal, Pyt Gandyal, Block Keerian Gandyal.

The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, through its Executive Engineer (XEN REW Kathua), invites interested and eligible contractors for an Open Tender for the "Construction of Lane along with protection Mohalla Sadiq Ali to Laiket Ali at ward no 03 Gujjar Basti Gandyal, Panchayat Gandyal, Block Keerian Gandyal." This essential Civil Works project, identified by Tender Reference Number e-NIT No.55/REW/K of 2026-27 Dated 24/06/2026 and Tender ID 2026_RDPR_313441_45, is estimated at ₹1,80,000 and is to be completed within a period of 30 days. The form of contract is based on a percentage system. Prospective bidders are required to submit a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹3,600 (representing 2.0% of the estimated cost).
