The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj department, through the office of the Executive Engineer, REW Kathua, invites sealed bids for the execution of civil works comprising the installation of a roof and other allied works at Kaddu Di Bowli, Ward No. 04, Lodhnu, Panchayat Kishanpur, Block Billawar, and the construction of a lane from Katli Road to the residence of Shiv Kumar Dugli, opposite Jack and Jill School, Ward No. 06, Panchayat Kishanpur, Billawar.
