The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, through the Executive Engineer, REW Division Reasi, invites online open tenders for the "Reconstruction of a street at ward no. 10, Village Nelay, Pyt. Bhagtha, Block Panthal Under MLA CDF for the year 2025-26." This civil works project, identified by e-NIT No. 29 of REW REASI of 2026-27, has an estimated tender value of ₹2,90,000 and is expected to be completed within 90 days. Additionally, an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹5,800 (2.0% of the tender value) must be submitted, payable to the Executive Engineer REW Reasi at Jammu And Kashmir Bank. The EMD can be paid via Fixed Deposit or Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR). The tender requires submissions in a single cover, encompassing scanned copies of tender fees and other requisite documents as specified in the NIT, along with the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
