The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, through the office of the XEN REW Kathua, is pleased to announce an open tender opportunity for the construction of a lane drain. This project, designated under e-NIT No.148/REW/K of 2026-27 (2nd call), specifically involves the construction of a lane drain from the residence of Bhagwanti to the residences of Deepak and others, and further towards the residences of the late Sangat Singh and others, within Ward No. 4 of Rajbagh Panchayat, Hardo Muthi Block Barnoti. The estimated tender value for this civil works project is ₹1,96,000, with a stipulated work period of 90 days. Interested bidders are required to submit a bid with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹3,920, which represents 2.0% of the tender value. A tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable. The tender documents will be available for download from July 28, 2026, at 06:00 PM, with the last date for document download and bid submission being August 7, 2026, at 04:00 PM. Bids will be opened on August 8, 2026, at 12:00 PM at the office of XEN REW Kathua. This tender is a two-cover system, with the first cover containing fee/pre-qualification/technical details and the second cover containing the financial bid (BOQ).
